F1: Homegrown fined for being late	by Virgil Ellipse 22nd Aug 2008

Miss Scherzinger comforting, erm..., well, someone else, clearly. McLap'em's Lewis Homegrown was fined 5000 euros for being late for Thursday's drivers' press conference, ahead of the European Grand Prix. His failure to arrive on time for the press conference was deemed to be a breach of Article 35.1 of the FIEh? Formula One Sporting Regulations (Non-Ferrarsi Version). A spokesman explained that the reason for Homegrown's tardiness was that he had been left physically drained after being enthusiastically consoled by his girlfriend, the "singer" Nicole Scherzinger, over the theft of his bags from a hotel in Malaga earlier in the week.
