F1: Stopitand Tidyup in possible 'super-steward' role by Spudgun
23rd Sep 2008
Notorious race steward Stopitand Tidyup, who came to prominence for his role in adjusting the results of the 2008 Belgian Grand Prix and the 2007 Safari Rally, has been offered a new "super-steward" role by the FIEh?.

The FIEh? President's official representative, Alan Doneitonthesly, reportedly offered the role to Tidyup after being impressed by his unquestioning willingness to dish out penalties at strategically significant times.

Doneitonthesly, who's been a whole lot busier since heads of state started refusing to meet five-at-a-time whoremonger XXX Mosley, is known to admire Tidyup's record of making difficult decisions and has also praised his stance in criticising Sebast Earlobe's unshaven scruffiness at the 2008 Rally of Mexico, something with which dotdotdotcomma is slightly uncomfortable to find itself tending to agree.

Tidyup is said to be delighted to have been offered the position and denied that his new role would serve to strengthen allegations of an anti-McLap'em bias within the FIEh?, despite speculation that Tidyup has an innate aversion to silver because "it burns".

Tidyup's first task would be a thorough review of all F1 races in which McLap'em could possibly have infringed any past, current or future regulation, initially going back only to 1980 but eventually to the team's formation in 1963.

Doneitonthesly is convinced that Tidyup would be the perfect man to carry out this review, not least because calling witnesses who are no longer living is much less of a problem when you're undead yourself.
