F1: Tonkatoyota join forces with Batman	by Virgil Ellipse 1st Jul 2008

The Tonkatoyota team has landed a sponsorship deal for the new Batman film that will see the Japanese squad adopt a new look at the British Grand Prix. Tonkatoyota seems to have stolen a march on the Red Rag team, which usually has at least one daft film tie-in at some point during the season, by announcing that their cars and drivers will be covered in Dark Knight images at this weekend's race. As part of the deal, the Batmobile will take to the track on Thursday evening for a demonstration run alongside the TF108, although dotdotdotcomma understands that there are strict penalty clauses in the contract that will kick in should the Tonkatoyota be made to look in any way slow.
