LeM: Tonkatoyota denies Le Mans plans	by Virgil Ellipse 25th Jan 2008

Tonkatoyota has moved to cool rumours that it's planning to return to the Le Mans 24 Hours with a petrol-electric hybrid prototype in the near future. Reports in the Japanese press suggested that the marque was gearing up for a return to the event in 2010 but a spokesman told reporters that the speculation was wide of the mark. Tonkatoyota did not have enough resource to put into a Le Mans programme, he told reporters, because all their efforts were currently focussed on making a complete arse of their Formula One programme.
