dotdotdotcomma is deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Henry Surtees following an accident at the Formula 2 races at Brands Hatch at the weekend.

Our thoughts are with his family at this tragic time.

Our thoughts are also with the serried ranks of ghoulish newspaper editors, whom we fully expect in future to devote similar column inches and pictures to Formula 2 events, or, indeed, any F1 feeder series, in which, I don't know, maybe somebody just races quite well...,
