McLap'em's appeal rejected
by Virgil Ellipse
19th Nov 2007
The
FIEh?
's International Court of Appeal has rejected
McLap'em
's appeal over the fuel temperatures of the
LBW
and
Millions
cars in last month's season finale at Interlagos.
The ICA threw out the case after a day's deliberation, confirming both the results of the Brazilian Grand Prix and
Kimi Faustussen
as the 2007 world champion.
In their full statement, the ICA noted that McLap'em's appeal was inadmissable on a point of law, meaning they never had to consider the findings of the FIEh?'s own technical delegates, whose report from Interlagos described the fuel in the LBW and Millions cars as "too cool", their bargeboards as "really trippy" and "those freaky front wings" as something they "could really dig".
The ICA judges publicly thanked the delegates for their report and privately instigated enquiries into how they could get hold of some of whatever they'd been smoking at the time.
