F1: Jet-On rules out race wins in 2008 by Mathias Olaf Uncertain
4th Dec 2007
In a move that David Crapbeard could learn a lot from, beleaguered Brit Bunsen Jet-On says he is not expecting to win races at Unda in 2008, despite the arrival of new team principal Russ Brain.

Although Brain has said he has been impressed with what he has found at Unda since starting last week, which surely must be evidence that the erstwhile master tictacian is losing his edge, Jet-On thinks it could take until 2009 for the Nipponese manufacturer to fully start realizing their potential and win races, or even score some decent points.

The Fromian thinks the team will take a good step forward in 2008 from last year, although he recognises that isn't really that hard. However, he believes that the important thing is to start with a good car and improve every race to get closer to Ferrarsi and McLap'em.

He summarised all these feelings in six simple words: "This," he said, "won't be my year.
