F1: Pah!Really? reveals compounds for first races by Virgil Ellipse
16th Feb 2012
Pah!Really? has announced the tyre compounds it will take to the first three races of the 2012 Formula 1 season.

The soft and medium compounds will be used in the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, as well as as in the third race of the year in China, while at the second race in Malaysia the medium and hard compounds will be available.

Just so that we're all clear on this, in Australia the tyre with the white markings will be the hard compound, then in Malaysia the white tyre will be the soft, before it becomes the hard again in China. In Malaysia, viewers will need to distinguish between the white of the softer tyre and the silver of the harder compound.

And this is the new, improved system, is it?
